Shrnutí:The evaluation of performance within the packing industrial factories is fundamental because allows to know the strengths and weaknesses of the personal. The goal of this investigation is to determine the most appropriate evaluation method to the packing sector, for which it was applied an instrument to evaluate factors such as internal communication, acknowledgement, inter-personal relations at work, decision making, physical surroundings, commitment, work quality, and adaption to change, all of these factors are important in evaluating personal performance. Investigating scientific articles were checked to determine the most appropriate model for this sector. The focus of this study was the meat packing factories of Latacunga canton, such as: Don Diego, La Madrileña, Carnidem, and La Picantina. The last of these companies was conducted using 143 workers. The methodology used for this Project was a quantitative method. The deductive method was used in evaluating the model types to ultimately find the appropriate one.
