Description
Summary:On the ground slaughtering of chickens Cripollo, workers are exposed to multiple risks and within these, one of the most important cold stress, which affects their health in the short, medium and long term, one of the biggest problems pathologies are systemic origin. This entails that the company has staff with many hours of rest and delay production. Therefore it is proposed to evaluate the thermal stress by cold in jobs Plant Slaughtering of chickens Cripollo Lasso and develop a plan to decrease systemic disorders in workers. In addition it is intended to determine whether the thermal stress in the cold storage area of the plant slaughtering chickens Cripollo Lasso, cause systemic disorders in workers. This research is based on quantitative and qualitative methods, such as ISO 11079 standards: 2009 GENERAL COOLING medical records of workers, daily medical reports and morbidity. Whereupon you get to determine the thermal stress by cold cause systemic disorders that occur in workers in the dispatch area of slaughtered chickens and also in the cold room 1, the required insulation attire is IREQ is 1,36 Cloy that the exposure time is 3.6 hours. In the cold room 2, the required attire insulation IREQ is 1.36 l Clo and that the exposure time is 2.15 hours
