Summary:The manual processes affect the execution of the projects in the involvement department at the Technical University of Cotopaxi Extension La Maná, will be carried out a feasibility study about the implementation of a web system for the massive storage of information, taking into account the tools and mechanism that will be used in its development. Currently, massive storage systems have become the height of companies or institutions as it allows the storage of information improving the performance, agility and security of records and storage of documentation this prevents the loss of information and that I will last in time. By which a web management and information storage system was developed with the use of the SCRUM methodology that is used to guide development activities within the system, this web system improved the fluid speed and documentation security also has a geolocation map which shows where the companies or institutions where the students are carrying out their projects are located, you can also obtain reports of the percentage of the progress of each project that is being executed, each activity that the student performs can be verified by the tutor teacher and later corrections can be sent if necessary without complications in an easy and safe way.
