| Riassunto: | The current project reveals the importance of implementing a guide for the development of self-esteem by determining relevant aspects that favor the socio-emotional development of children. The main objective is to develop a didactic guide, through playful strategies, to promote self-esteem in children from 4 to 5 years old, to strengthen the socio-emotional development in the “Luis Fernando Ruiz” school. Therefore, the constructivist approach was used, which allows infants to learn by themselves, from experiences acquired in relation to their environment, which means that children learn through social interaction and previous learning, this is why the proposal "The rainbow of self-esteem" was designed, being a guide of activities that allows the development of self-esteem through the application of different strategies, which were implemented in different didactic materials allowing to obtain better socio-emotional skills in the infant. In this way, the guide has eleven activities that are aimed at teachers, which are directed with an easy-to-understand structure, and skills obtained from the Early Education curriculum, which are intended to be put into practice. It is intended that the guide solves the problem in the different schools because it reflects the importance of working with self-esteem, considering that the experts who have validated the guide affirm that the activities to be carried out are sustainable, given that the infants reach their integral development to the fullest. |
