The objective of this research is to develop strategies for the organizational climate, in the post-harvest area of the Rosely Flowers Company, they will help improve the work environment in which they operate, for which they worked with the total number of people who work In the post-harvest area, there are a total of 66, of which 38 are women and 28 are men, to whom a survey was applied that is structured in 5 parts, which are: internal communication, recognition, interpersonal relationships, commitment and adaptation. to the change, giving as a result of the survey that the staff of the post-harvest area do not have freedom of expression, t They are afraid of responding to their superiors, there is poor communication and interpersonal relationships among the people who work in the post-harvest area. Given this situation, a proposal of 10 strategies is made that are aimed at strengthening the organizational climate in the post-harvest area and with This will see positive results in company productivity.
