סיכום:Antimicrobial resistance is a phenomenon by the microorganisms total or partial capacity to inhibit the antibiotic activity activity, due to its uncontrolled or irrational use, a deaths and economic losses worldwide large percentage causal phenomenon. Escherichia coli, as one of bacteria catalogued as resistant by the OMS inhibits the warm-blooded animal intestine, withouth causing disease into adult cattle, but it does spread into humans. Its identification is crucial and of clinical interest, due to its adaptability to multiple drugs, giving way to the study its susceptibility. For this reason, it was analyzed a 38 got samples total from 38 cattle the LYG FARM dairy farm, it is enriched in soy broth with Tripticasa, and cultured into MacConkey II agar, it was descarded 23 of 38 classified as negative for lactase fermentation. The 15 positive colonies (40%), once, it purified, they were identified by MICROGEN biochemical tests, with a 97% probability, towards E. coli; which the sensitivity test resulted into 100% resistance to Penicillin, followed by Tetracycline with 57%, 15% - 16% for Cephalexine, Amoxicillin, Sulfomethoxazole / Trimetroprim, 5% - 7% for Florfenicol, Fosfomycine, Ciprofloxacine, Enrofloxacine, Gentamicine, and 3% for Norfloxacine. The study highlighted a resistance inclination to b-lactams, tetracycline, and cephalosporins, despite the farm that it was recorded the sulfonamides use as a infectious processes treatment and prevention protocol. It is concluded, that Escherichia coli is more present into young cows and that its resistance is merely genetic, which is transmitted horizontally through resistance mechanisms mediator genes, these transmitted into cell division by plasmids means. This emphasizes the importance at making sensitivity tests of microorganisms in the production sectors and seeking methods what prevent their disemination.
