Análisis de grupos funcionales de microorganismos asociados a la rizosfera de dos localidades productivas de maíz (zea mays l.) en el piso altitudinal de 2910 msnm. Cotopaxi 2023

Crynodeb:The present investigation was carried out in the province of Cotopaxi in two productive localities of Creole corn with different production systems, organic in Salache and conventional in Guaytacama with an altitude of 2190 masl respectively and with the objective of identifying populations of functional groups and relating the functional groups associated with the rhizosphere of corn (Zea mays L.), Culture media were used for each functional group in two types of soil samples, using the methodology of (Bernal, 2005) such as: (Micro Nutrient Agar was used for total biota, Watanabe used nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Ramos Callao Agar for phosphorus solubilizers, Rose Bengal Mushrooms and Casein Agar was used for Actinomycetes). Additionally, to know the state of soil composition, a physical-chemical analysis was carried out that was processed in the (INIAP) laboratory. For each group, six replicates were established in the Salache soil and in the Guaytacama soil.
