Beskrivelse
Summary:The present project was realized at Tungurahua province, which has the objective to study about ecological aspects, feeding, taxonomy and fresh water crab conservation Apangora in the Interandine and Amazon Ecuadorian regions during period march-august 2019. This fresh water crab is belonging to Montano low forest, in The Obraje location Patate. To realize this study it was used a sample of nine crabs Apangora, age and dimensions different, five men and four female, which were taken under freezing to the National Fishing Institute of Ecuador (INP) where realized Apangora stomach content analysis by the spectrophotometers methods Frontier and Utermohl, getting results that the Apangora composition diet is omnivore with a 44% vegetables rests 41% arthropods rests and 15% sediment. In relation about Apangora Taxonomy Identification was realized in the INP too, it was determined by observation of external morphological characteristics, getting results that this species belongs to the Pseudothelphusidae Family, Pseudothelphusa Gender, Species sp, Scientific Name Pseudothelphusa sp, Common Name Apangora. To bring out trophic habitat study, soil, foliage and water´s samples were taken in relation about ground and Water Laboratory Agricultural Investigations Institute Autonomy National Institute recommendations. Getting results sandy loam soil moderately thick, with a slightly alkaline pH, medium in salinity with a humidity of 85, 80%, higher in K, P, Mg and Ca. The results about foliage showed a predominance of grass plants like Ray Grass, with characteristics similar like soil´s results, higher about P, Ca, and Mg. The water sample was analyzed in the LABOLAB laboratory getting result a type of pure water, with fairly basic pH, principally from the mineral salts like Ca and Mg. Concluding that exist a relation between geographical and ecological conditions of this environment that determine the presence or absence of fresh water crab.
