Тойм: | The present project carried out in the Cotopaxi Grinding Company located in the Latacunga canton belonging to the Cotopaxi province, has the purpose of proposing a standardized production system that improves productivity in the areas of cylinder head and engine block rectification existing in the company, where using the return to zero technique and the direct observation technique it is possible to determine the times and activities of two of the main processes with the highest demand existing in the company, a recapitulation of the activities involved in the processes is presented together to a database of the observed times and sample times used in the study, the information is analyzed, classified and studied, under the inductive and leveling method, in order to carry out a study according to the activities, conditions and expertise, to which the company is working, the results obtained in the study show a series of activities proposed for changes, modifications and eliminations, which, if accepted and used by the company, will conclude in a standardization of the process, with the necessary times that take into account a period of physical and mental recovery necessary to ensure the occupational health of the worker and maintain a constant work rhythm in the productive areas of the company, in which in a year of planned work, the current processes and times contrast notably with the proposed processes and times, with a theoretical increase in productivity of 57.8 % equivalent to an economic benefit of $24,300,000 in the cylinder head rectification process and an increase of 13.9% in the engine block rectification process, which is equivalent to an expected annual remuneration of $6,400,000. |
