Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This research took place in Los Nevados neighborhood in Latacunga canton with 99 domestic dogs as a sample. The objective of this research consisted in the positive and negative Leptospirosis checking cases. So, that in the clinical assessment it took into account the sex, old and race of the dogs. To the diagnostic it used a fast test looking if each of the wells is valid or invalid to its analysis. After checking, it put in each test a drop of blood mixed with 3 drops of Assay buffer. The results were taken in a period about 10 to 15 minutes showing negative results. Therefore, it was determined that there is a 0% of new cases in the study zone indicated results versus the immunization of the animals. Finally, it analyzed that the kit does not need a technical management, then it uses easly. |
