| Περίληψη: | Mishan SERVICES SA It is a company dedicated to the complementary provision services for industrial Catering for the oil sector exclusively, their offices are located in Carcelén in Quito Pichincha Province, and its productive service processes in different fields of drilling and oil production in eastern of Ecuador. Among its activities people are exposed to dangers and risks that cause accidents, being the direct cause, acts and substandard conditions made or present in the work area. This research work allows the identification and classification of the most frequent acts and substandard conditions that can lead an accident at work in people catering area; to identify the presence of acts and substandard conditions, research methods such as: The preventive observation, field research, library research, once the acts identified and substandard conditions it will register by control cards they look, act, record, and report the act or substandard condition found in the workplace. With the results of the respective study a proposed intervention itself which consists of developing a control system acts and substandard conditions, by applying security program at work through preventive observation, change the behavior people, allowing the reduction accidents in catering area at Mishan Services Company SA. The company doesn’t take importance to the daily control acts and substandard conditions in the workplace, in the future; it will be increase the accident rates by themselves. It is produced by the control lack at events and substandard conditions made in the work activities. The workers that they are going to prevented with the training and implementation the preventive observation program. |
