Zusammenfassung:This research project considers the management of inclusive education at Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Patria”, the main objective is to develop a Good Inclusive Practices Guide, addressed to those who are part of the educational community it will consist of specific orientations and activities for each of them, so the analytical and descriptive methodology were used, based on a qualitative approach by interview and observation sheet to school authorities, individual perception results will be achieved in addition, the quantitative approach will be carried out through a survey, and the percentages obtained will allow the analysis of the results, reaching to identify strategies that permit the optimal development of the teachers’ guide and helping the entire educational community to strengthen the processes of educational inclusion; thus reaching the following results insofar as these practices can be effective, the student will be able to reach his learning objectives, access in a better way to the contents proposed for him and his skills can be developed more quickly and adequately for performing in the school and his life.
