Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | In the present project the process analysis elaborated in the company PULPAMOL.SA is presented, for wich the criticality analysis had to be carried out, where the critical, important and exponsable equipment of the production plant was identified, it served to rank, classify and codiby each team according to the process, subprocess or auxiliary system in which it is located; this activity was used to develop the preventive mantenance activities, through the cause-effect analysis of failure it was possible to determine the frequencies of realization of the different mantenance classes (mechanical, electrical, production) to be executed by the mantenance staff as throughout the year. The indicators of availability, reliability, maintainability and reliability were also evaluated from the TPM; the same ones that presented the following results: availability (electric submersible pump 92.11%); reliability (trainer 122.89 h); maintainability (200.5h electric submersible pump); reliability (decreases after 100 hours of operation). All the technical information obtained in this study is entered into a mantenance software developed by a student of the systems career at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, based on the MYSQL programming language, which is used to control mantenance activities and evaluate the mantenance plan based on the aforementioned indicators of the TPM. |
