| Yhteenveto: | Technological tools are protagonists of the economic activities carried out by companies, for this reason, they have seen the need to incorporate a tool that helps data analysis. The research project called "TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS FOR DECISION MAKING AT THE M&M PLASTICOTOPAXI FACTORY" aims to identify technological tools for data analysis for decision making; The research is of a quantitative nature whose results were used for a numerical analysis applying a bibliographic research modality taking as reference conceptualizations, theories and criteria of different authors, analysis for the analysis and interpretation of results, data collection was through the study field in order to obtain information from the manager and administrative staff, with a non-experimental research design, this in that the data is real maintaining its nature. As a technique, the survey was used, from which the questionnaire that was designed based on 4 dimensions was taken as an instrument: Information Administration, Decision Making, ICT, and Technological Tools, each of which constitutes 5 questions for each dimension, the object of the study was 13 people, obtaining as a general result the lack of use of a technological tool for data analysis, in the same way, it evidenced weakness and lack of knowledge regarding the use of these tools in administrative areas. As a result and possible solution, the research proposed the use of a technological tool for data analysis for decision-making in the M&M Plasticotopaxi factory. |
