In fact it’s immersed in several processes of load and unloading, equipment rental, freight of heavy, extra heavy materials, management of warehouse, management of operations, logistics, and importation of spares which requires qualified labor for every kind of activities. Therefore the company has to line up its processes inasmuch as at present the main variables of integration are systems of quality management, security, and employment health. This is because of the common philosophy of management which they have in as much as it exists a great demand in the control implementation. That’s why JOM TRASNSPORTES S.A. wants to be in the vanguard based on themes of quality, security and employment health, whose processes and jobs involve all kinds of risks which when they are lined up on the proposed theme in this thesis process, the company can offer greater strength to its services to its internal and external customers. |
