| Zusammenfassung: | This research is focused on the identification of the pollutants that are present in the residual water as a product from the preparation of snacks at the processing plant in the Association Nueva Esperanza. The object of study was to evaluate the production and pollution of the processing plant of snacks, following the vessel is also pose the specific objectives of the research: to describe the production process for the preparation of snacks at the processing plant of snacks in the Association Nueva Esperanza; to determine by sampling the residual water characterization; to design a plan of intervention for the industrial plant. The theoretical foundation was based on the experiences of other processing plants which are located in different parts of the country. It is important to mention that laws, regulations, and environmental regulations were analyzed in order to identify the degree of water pollution. During the analysis of results of the industrial plant’s residual water, it showed that the water has a high degree of contamination by the presence of suspended solids like DBO5 and DQO. According to this, the proposal for this research was the development of a design of intervention which comprises a primary process where the dumping with physical processes is carried out and a secondary process would take place with the help of artificial wetland as cultivation of reeds. In addition, a program of registration, a training program to help the environmental mitigation process, and an environmental management plan of the processing plant of snacks are proposed. |
