Summary:This technological proposal is about a computer tool development to carry out energy audits at Industries with low and medium voltage loads. Since at present there is no program that allows evaluating the variables that electric loads have in time and based on these show the respective calculation procedure simulating an electrical audit, so this computer tool is supported based on studies or previous theories of energy consumption in force and imposed by national and international technical standards, this leads to industries seeking to improve their energy consumption through technological advance to achieve energy and economic savings, for these reasons it is important to take these parameters into account that are manifested with the different loads connected to the electrical system of each company. This research focuses on a computer program development to analyze the load characteristics, economic-energy savings and product quality, it is designed using Python & Spyder free software, where the respective calculations are carried out, obtaining at the end a result according to the current state of the installed equipment. The program is didactic and dynamic that will allow the input data of different types of loads in the industries to be varied, with the aim of calculating the results instantly in a fast way, rather than doing it manually. In addition, the software has the advantage that at the end of all these calculations it creates a technical report which summarizes the results of all the calculated electrical parameters, including a proforma in case of implementing a low power factor compensation.
