Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | This research project is based on the problem regarding the production chain of the paper industry INDSOL CIA. LTDA, which is dedicated to the production of paper jumbo toilet bowl based on the transformation of vegetable cellulose that is extracted from wood, a natural and renewable resource, therefore the industry is in full commercial development, but it presents shortcomings in the production area such as non-compliance and absence of workers for each subarea as well as for machinery. In this way it is intended meet the objectives by analyzing the current information of the industry and also the different work methods to improve their productivity, incorporating improvements in the processes and by increasing efficiency and productivity through a methodology descriptive, which will allow to know and establish relationships between different factors and causes that affect the current situation of the industry. For the development of this research we used the time study method complementing it with the Westinghouse system and tables of ILO rest supplements. |
