| Итог: | The present investigation arose with the objective of assessing from the perspective of human talent, the relevant factors of the work environment and innovation within the Sierra Centro Ltda Savings and Credit Cooperative. The methodology used was through a quantitative approach, of the type descriptive and transversal. The data was collected through the application of two questionnaires, the first to measure the work environment was designed by Machorro, Rosado, Romero (2011) with a Likert-type scale, the second to measure innovation designed by authors such as Penker, Junermark and Jacobson, (2022). These instruments were applied to a population of 102 workers of the Sierra Centro Ltda. Savings and Credit Cooperative, from which a sample of 94 workers was obtained. |
