For this work, the descriptive research by detailing the observed aspects and which were obtained from the surveys was used; non-experimental methodology because there was no manipulation of variables; in addition, techniques such as observation, interview and survey, and those were applied to administrative staff, workers, customers, and suppliers in order to know if there are weaknesses in the management and control of the activities of the Company…. |
