It has been disrespectful for more than one by employers in spite of the authorities has known it. Despite the process of implantation in the legal system, makes him missing that gives a review and reform; to the point that it becomes effective in an efficient manner, and raising awareness in the most understandable way, because there are social groups that, by its academic status, lack of knowledge about their rights, and become target to discrimination.
