Siendo el Trabajo un derecho constitucional, no es ejecutado ni respetado el cien por, por los que tienen la obligación de cumplir y hacerlas cumplir, es objeto de violación e incumplimiento en repetidas ocasiones por parte de los empleadores avista y paciencia de la autoridades.
