Diseño de un sistema de control interno para la hacienda Callo Boyero, ubicada en el sector de Lasso, cantón Latacunga, período (2010).

This work investigated it is make in the Callo Boyero farm with the objetive to elaborate a manual of functions and procedures with the purpose to establish responsibilities to the employees of the entity, considering that is a factor of great importance that affects directly in the development of the same one. In addition to obtain a real and objective information. I use technologies of compilation of information since it are the survey and the interview, the same one that allowed to obtain results for the analysis and corresponding interpretation. As result of the applicated instruments I determine that there exists the need To design a System of an Internal Control to farm , the same one that will allow to obtain a control in the administrative camp , financier fields and operative with 9 the purpose of reaching a high performance of the persons who work in the entity, they are competitive and achieving a hight market across covering the needs of the consumers.
