Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | In Ecuador, especially in Cotopaxi province there is a marked unemployment that increases the percentage of poverty of its population; the objective of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of developing a company dedicated to the production of rabbit meat sausages in Latacunga canton, Cotopaxi province, which will generate sources of employment and alternatives for overcoming a good segment of society; and considering that the city of Latacunga has a privileged geographical location for the development of several economic activities. This research is descriptive, and the deductive and synthetic analytical research method was used in the same way, bibliographic techniques, matrix analysis and statistics were used; and other specific procedures. The results obtained in the research allowed to identify the characteristics and nutritional properties of rabbit meat, as well as to elaborate a business model under the CANVAS methodology, which serves as a management tool in the formulation of strategies and in the taking of decisions. In addition, a technical study was carried out to identify the location, its production capacity and the appropriate distribution of the plant. Finally, with the financial economic study through the analysis of indicators such as VAN, TIR and the benefit-cost relationship, it is concluded that the project is viable. |
