| Summary: | Communication plays an important role in everyday commercial and industrial life, so that the audiovisual production being about creating graphic, visual and hearing solutions through the media, to send a clear message to the consumer, so the documentary is one of the means by which allows the receiver to report topic. Making this production in order to inform the citizens and strangers, on places where sell gastronomy typical and popular, with the unique taste that characterized these dishes. The production consists of three phases: pre-production, production and post-production, in the which a previous research, preparation to develop the idea, filming, editing both images and sounds by attaching this animations and illustrations necessary to develop this project with the purpose of to obtaining a job to transmit a clear message and precise through this documentary that consists of two parts, starting with the first part of the popular dishes of the city, while the second part is the traditional gastronomy of the Latacunga Canton, on the other that, this city is not only known for the Cotopaxi volcano, but also for its exquisite gastronomy, therefore this video documentary will help to maintain this culinary tradition Latacungueño. |
