| Shrnutí: | This research aims to improve the administrative management of the Interprovincial Cooperative Passengers La Manna, for it was designed a manual of administrative management for real information and objective, techniques was used as the survey conducted for administrative users, drivers and assistants the same that contributed to diagnose and detect weaknesses entity as: the absence of a structural -functional organization chart, the Inadequate administration. This research contributed significantly to improve the development of activities of the cooperative, as the manual covers the organizational structure, the proper administrative process staff. It is essential that companies are characterized by the high level of quality of services delivered to users who buy their services. |
