| Sumari: | This research aimed to design a constant pressure pumping module for the training of people who are interested in the area of industrial process automation using programmable logic controllers (PLC). The project consists of three stages, the first stage focuses on the search for information on the water pumping systems, their elements and the methods that are applied for their control, it was considered the search for background information of similar applied models to this area as a starting point for the next stage. The second stage focuses on the design and construction of this model, for which plans are drawn up, as well as simulation was carried out through software to determine its structural analysis and the safety factor of the design, the structural, hydraulic, electrical and electronic elements that are on the market and that are required to make the module are determined. Finally, the third stage focuses on the operation evaluation of the module, thus, it was developed the programming of a Proportional, Integral and Derivative Controller (PID) of pressure in the PLC, the visualization and control of the PID is carried out through From a screen known as the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the calibration and conditioning of the sensor signal is carried out, the frequency inverter is programmed for the conditions in which it will be exposed, the entire system is executed and recorded the data obtained to evaluate the operation of the module. |
