| Riassunto: | The objective of this research report was to determine through the collective brand analysis, the success factors of Societies of Popular and Solidarity Economy, Los Helados de Salcedo case. For this purpose, an analysis of collective brands and their effects was carried out; establishing the methodology for the determination of the social and economic performance of the SEPS quoted; where, the social and economic performance of the association was analyzed. Through the qualitative and quantitative modality, since quantitative data helped to observe the general view, while qualitative data provided detailed information that contributes in a personal way to the results of the survey. This was complemented by exploratory and descriptive research, in order to have a better approach to the research problem, it was given with the participation of the 18 partners as respondents; In addition, the president of the association was interviewed. Obtaining as results of the analysis, the identification of the success factors of the collective brand "Los Helados de Salcedo", which is an organization with leadership, training, high management support, clear goals and objectives, commitment and motivation of its partners, interdepartmental communication and cooperation, customer-oriented work, bargaining power with suppliers and customers, brand positioning in the minds of the target audience, competitive advantage in the sector, especially by having the trademark registered as intellectual property that highlights the place of its origin, the fresh raw material and the variety of flavors. It also has positive economic indices that place it among the top five leading ice cream producing organizations in the country, which has evolved and transformed into the company CORPICECREAM S.A. |
