Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | This research project consists of developing a proposal for a Total Productive Maintenance Plan in the Bloqcenter production line located in the province of Cotopaxi, Eloy Alfaro parish, Chan sector, dedicated to the design and manufacture of blocks, curbs and paving stones. The proposal is based on the improvement of the global efficiency of the machinery within the Bloqcenter production line through field and descriptive research, managing to know the problems within the company and it was determined that a maintenance record is not kept in the machinery, in addition it was possible to identify that the personnel of this area executes the works in an inadequate way and with forced postures that cause musculoskeletal ailments, it is for this reason that a TPM plan is proposed to help maximize the productivity of the machinery, reduce maintenance costs, increase production, avoid ergonomic risks, musculoskeletal injuries and generate well-being in the work area. |
