The manual contains all its parts components specifications, the use and maintenance of the shrink tunnel, thus compiling the information on the basic principles of operation and the various maintenance actions to prolong its useful life, followed by demonstrative pedagogical practices. the proper use of the Shrink Tunnel. Obtaining in this way, the correct use of the Shrink Tunnel from the location, to the start-up. Next, the maintenance manual was elaborated, which consists of the following types of maintenance, which were applied: routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, the same ones that detail their respective procedures and frequency step by step. Once the guidelines for use, operation and maintenance of the Shrink Tunnel were established, the demonstrative pedagogical practices were carried out, three different types of agro-industrial products were made: Yogurt, milk delicacy and condensed milk; giving to everything a correct packed according to the INEN regulations. |

El manual cuenta con todas las especificaciones de sus partes que lo componen, el uso y mantenimiento del túnel termoencogible, recopilando así la información de los principios básicos de operación y las diversas acciones de mantenimiento para prolongar la vida útil, seguida con las prácticas tecnológicas demostrativas del uso adecuado del Túnel termoencogible. Obteniendo así, la correcta utilización de la maquina desde la ubicación, hasta la puesta en marcha. A continuación, se elaboró el manual de mantenimiento el mismo que consta por los siguientes tipos de mantenimientos en los cuales se aplicaron y fueron: mantenimiento rutinario, preventivo, y correctivo, los mismos que se detallan paso a paso sus respectivos procedimientos y la frecuencia de la ejecución de cada uno.
