| Tóm tắt: | The rise of industrial automation implies that the control of several processes integrates a SCADA system, which allows the incorporation of all the plants within the industry. This degree work is based on the development of a SCADA system for the monitoring and control of virtual processes of level, flow and a real temperature plant, through communication protocols (Modbus RTU and Ethernet) that will centralize all the information of the plants, the Modbus protocol is used for communication between the level plant and the master PLC, while the Ethernet communication performs the data acquisition between the flow and temperature plants with the master station. An OPC gateway is also configured to communicate the master PLC with the Ignition SCADA interface. A comparison between several proportional-integral-derivative (PID) tuning methods is developed for the self-regulating processes (temperature and flow) and the integrating process (level). The calculated parameters allowed obtaining different types of responses for each tuning. The implementation of the Modbus protocol allowed information to be transmitted more easily between S7-1200 PLCs of different versions. |
