| Gaia: | The present research arose as an investigative contribution to the accommodation and food service companies of La Maná, since this sector is one of the fundamental pillars that invigorate the economy of the area. The general objective was to determine the motivation of human talent and its impact on the perception of the client, through a diagnosis of the current situation they are going through, for this; these types of research were used: training because this project allowed to maintain a research culture; bibliographic for the development of the scientific foundation; analytical in order to generate a value criterion based on the information collected; field for the application of surveys and proactive research to design a motivational model that directly and positively incentivizes to improve work performance. The analytical method provided a great contribution when deducting and analyzing the results of the surveys applied to the 90 owners of the establishments under study, 271 employees and 386 clients that made up the sample of the investigation; thus also the deductive method allowed to reach valid conclusions about the information collected. The objectives set out in the research project had as a result that the motivational factors that directly influence the performance of the staff is the salary according to the activities carried out in the company and on the other hand the excellent relationships they have with their colleagues. In addition, it was determined that the owners of the companies under study recognize the importance of staff motivation to improve productivity, but they use programs that do not generate greater impacts on employees, therefore, there have been deficiencies in the service, decreasing the number of clients that come to these companies. In view of the results presented, the design of a motivational model for Human Talent was considered, which enhances the good performance of the personnel based on personal labor and organizational incentives, which will lead to an increase in productivity and improve the client's expectations service provision. |
