Özet:The present study was carried out in a "Don Jorge" sausage factory, with all the personnel that form part of the administrative and operative institution: the population is 14 people, of which 13 are men equivalent to 92.86% and they own A married civil status of 78.57% and 64.29%, equivalent to 9 workers, have chronological ages ranging from 24 to 35 years. The technique applied to determine the presence of Psychosocial Risk Factors was the Psychosocial Factors Questionnaire in the work 2014 (adapted) and the Iván Pando Psychological Harassment questionnaire and the CL-SPC Labor Climate Scale was used to determine the Working Climate. The results obtained from the research made it possible to show the existence of psychosocial risk factors at the middle level, where 14 people chose this alternative; in terms of psychological harassment, 11 workers with no level responded to this option, regarding the working environment in The staff working in the "Don Jorge" sausage factory obtained a favorable level where 10 people chose this option. It is important to point out that Psychosocial Risk factors affect in a minimal way the company's work climate, so the proposed research hypothesis is accepted, therefore, it can be affirmed that: the higher the psychosocial risks the less the work climate.
