The system is headed to Dr. Richard Pérez, Occupational Doctor of the institution, allowing him to know in a statistical way the levels of stress per each one of them. The software has been made in the programming language, Visual Studio.Net 2015, with a database engine SQL SERVER 2012, each functionality is documented and detailed, for this reason, the Iterative-Incremental model was selected because it is characterized by having phases that helps the development of the systems quickly and efficiently, so that the client can obtain important and usable results from the first iterations. It also helps to carry out in an orderly manner the development of each requirement specified at the beginning of the project by the end user. As a result, a fully functional software is obtained that allows strengthening the Occupational Medical Center, the system has different modules such as: Manage User, Manage Test Questions, Manage System Data, Manage Surveyed, Generate Report by Dimensions, Generate Main Report and Manage Nurse, where each one performs a specific function that helps meet the stated goal. Nowadays, the system is working perfectly. |

Nowadays, the system is working perfectly.El presente proyecto, trata sobre el desarrollo e implantación de un sistema informático, que ayude a dar seguimiento al factor psicosocial de la medicina ocupacional de los empleados, trabajadores y docentes de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (La Matriz). El sistema se encuentra dirigido al Dr. Richard Pérez, Médico Ocupacional de la institución, permitiéndole así conocer de forma estadística los niveles de estrés en los que se encuentran cada uno de ellos. El software se ha realizado en el lenguaje de programación Visual Studio.Net 2015, con un motor de base de datos SQL SERVER 2012, cada funcionalidad se encuentra documentada y detallada, para ello se optó por el modelo Iterativo-Incremental, puesto que se caracteriza por tener fases que ayuda al desarrollo de los sistemas de forma rápida, y eficiente para que el cliente pueda obtener resultados importantes y usables desde las primeras iteraciones. Así mismo ayuda a llevar de forma ordenada el desarrollo de cada requisito especificado al inicio del proyecto por el usuario final. Como resultado, se obtiene un software totalmente funcional que permite fortalecer el Centro Médico Ocupacional, el sistema cuenta con diferentes módulos como son: Gestionar Usuario, Gestionar Preguntas Test, Gestionar Datos del Sistema, Gestionar Encuestado, Generar Reporte por Dimensiones, Generar Reporte General y Gestionar Enfermera, donde cada uno desempeña una función específica que ayuda a cumplir el objetivo planteado.
