總結:The research was done in the “CASTRO CURTIPIEL”, located in Panamerican Highway north, Macasto entrance in 2016, the objective was to determine the presence of chromium (Cr) in the wastewater generated in the process of leather tanning, for which a diagnosis to tanning process the same as that uses like agent is carried chrome tanning agent to the chromium, the duration of this process is of 7 hours with its respective stops, where the water consumption is about 12,800 L/sec for a production lot of 200 pixels, equivalent to 25 Kg. Subsequently in situ points water contamination was determined by using Cr, point is specifically identified in the wastewater generated in the phase in mention. To know the amount of Cr present in the wastewater from the tanning process the laboratory analysis was performed, determining the presence of Cr in 2643,208 mg/L, Value exceeding the maximum permissible limits of TULSMA environmental regulations, VI book, I appendix, 11 table, says the allowable limits for discharge Cr public sewer system is 0.5 mg/L.
