Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The objective of this project is to determine the relationship between ergonomics in physical postures and the attentional state in the management of information in the Intercultural Municipal Government of Saquisilí Canton, province of Cotopaxi. The type of research is descriptive and co-relational, the method is inductive, the approach is descriptive quali-quantitative and the design is non experimental. The sample consisted of 35 workers from different departments, who were evaluated using the ROSA method, a tool that will help us to identify bad postures in order to reduce risk factors and to know the attentional level we used a test in psychology STROOP that determines the level of attention in workers. After the application of the results in the SPSS program and the chi-square test, it was found that there is a relationship between the physical and the attentional state, since due to poor posture, the participants of our sample have an attentional deficit, with the highest percentage at the high and medium level, which causes ineffective information management. |
