This research on an organizational and functional design to improve the administrative management of the Agricola Margarita farm in the La Maná canton, arose from the problem of an incorrect distribution of positions among its collaborators, which significantly affected job performance, and the existence of duplication of work among many banana workers. Using descriptive research for this purpose at the time of describing in detail the functions and positions through a manual of functions, it was of a formative nature, since the proposal made the knowledge acquired in the classrooms available to the community; Bibliographic research was also used to collect information from secondary sources such as: books, reviews, internet pages, and theses on the subjects under study, giving technical scientific support based on the criteria of various authors; In addition, the inductive, deductive and analytical methods were used, having as techniques the interview directed to the three owners and the workers' surveys to collect information on their positions and functions. The research proposal was made up of the design of an organic and functional structure model made up of a strategic direction made up of the slogan logo, mission, vision, values, policies, product strategies, price, place, promotion, strategic objectives, tactical, operational, process map, a structural organization chart and function manual were also designed for each existing position in the agricultural sector. By applying the suggested model, the productivity of the banana farm is optimized, thereby benefiting the owners and workers. |
