Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The research is on production optimization at "El Arco" Metal Constructions Company. The goal is to reduce the time, improve the equipment distribution, machines, tools and work areas. For this, the current situation was analyzed then it gave the tools to start this investigation by studying the different processes diagrams, flows and routes. The plant’s production line presents problems. They gradually indicate low productivity rates relative to the design rates, inadequate working conditions for operators’ right performance, production delays by excess path having the raw materials and other causes that were checked, analyzed and evaluated during the study. This achieve in real-time production of various products that the plant offers to its clients. The current situation analysis provoked the present proposal that is based on the production process optimization. |
