| Summary: | The present work has like a goal to develop a programmatic proposal, which contributes to optimize methodological strategies, specifically in the area of literacy for children of the second year “A” of General Basic Education based on the constructivist approach and aimed for children of the second year. The methodology of this research is documented and based on the content of the analysis of primary and secondary resources of information, to determine which strategies will be proposed for this process. The lack of reading habits results in a minimum of reading comprehension and it’s a problem that occurs in all levels of education and it’s verified in the low performance of students in all of the areas which take part in the teaching and learning process. In the other hand, reading and writing gets an important part which we can see in advertising campaigns and print media, in updating literacy programs for teachers who are given a great responsibility in this process. Reading and writing is the process where a boy or a girl knows, reflects and practice through his meaningful learning contributing in a positive way to his diary life. |
