Fulfilling this wish the first technical instrument is acquired, which one helped to discover the next: first chapter contains diagnose situational of Mulaló Parish, which are allow to identify the current situation in socio economic, cultural, tourist and environmental way, determining gaps and potentialities concerning to its tourist development. Besides, FODA scheme taking into account the strengths and weaknesses; opportunities and threats of Morro Pansache Highlands with the research of the strategic problems study and solutions. On the second chapter, the register of the tourist resources is developed identifying zone potential and its surroundings. |

On the second chapter, the register of the tourist resources is developed identifying zone potential and its surroundings.La idea de contar con un Plan de Desarrollo Turístico por parte de la Asociación del Páramo Morro Pansache y, Zona de Amortiguamiento del Páramo nace de la necesidad de optimizar la capacidad de gestión para el aprovechamiento sostenible de sus recursos naturales y culturales y fortalecer los nuevos pilares para la construcción de una comunidad equitativa y solidaria a través del turismo. Dando cumplimiento a este anhelo, se adquiere el primer instrumento técnico en el cual se ha descubierto los siguiente: En el primer capítulo el diagnóstico situacional de la Parroquia Mulalo, el mismo que permitió identificar la situación actual en los ámbitos socio económico, cultural, turístico y ambiental a nivel cantonal, parroquial, y principalmente del lugar de estudio, determinando de esta manera las carencias y potencialidades concernientes al desarrollo turístico de la misma.
