| 要約: | The methodological proposal of this research is recorded at the documentation level, in reference to “Las Buenas Prácticas de Manufacturas” (BPM) for the drinking water treatment plant of the Intercultural Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Saquisilí Canton, where it is established, described and documented. the different operational and quality procedures focused on the production of water for human consumption. This investigation began with a hygienic-sanitary diagnosis to evaluate the state in which the drinking water treatment plant was located in direct relation to the BPM, using as a tool a compliance verification check-list designed by the Ministry of Industries. Then, the results were analyzed and it was found that the public entity had a deficit in the application of this regulation. Therefore, an implementation plan was prepared, elaborating a BPM manual, which has a manual that includes the following programs: generation of documents, health, hygiene and behavior of personnel, facility control, comprehensive pest management, microbiological control, preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, finished product storage, waste disposal and input suppliers and water sources program. The foregoing is structured and unified under the Sanitary Technical Standard. During the practice, a large percentage of the procedures structured in the implementation plan was socialized with the aim of their subsequent execution and monitoring of these. |
