Likewise, it will contribute to the elaboration of a proposal related to physical activities and personal development. Thus, this project was carried out based on quantitative research since it is immersed in the socio-cultural approach, because "human beings do not learn only by their mental or biological conditions, but also in relation to their social context. and culture”. In the same way, the relationships between human action, on the one hand, and the cultural, institutional, and historical situations where this action is carried out, that is, support teachers for the resolution of individual and group conflicts within a social context, will be explained.
