La educación intercultural en el currículo de séptimo año de educación general básica mediante un taller de capacitación para estudiantes de la unidad educativa “Papahurco” del barrio Papahurco cantón Salcedo, en el año lectivo 2013-2014.

Since the ethics and the social values, the intercultural education is promoted as the recognition and respect of social diversity, with actions on the dignity and rights of people and social groups, so that they are constituted substantial factors of integrated, democratic and stable societies. Based on the practice, daily interaction, identity and intercultural enable approaches by understanding and relations between the distinct for mutual and collective benefit. This research has as aim to strengthen intercultural education into the curriculum with the application of a training workshop that will allow us to encourage and participate to the groups. In the Salcedo Canton, Papahurco neighborhood, Papahurco School is looked the culture decrease is for that which the research is directed at strengthening in the inhabitants intercultural. The inputs which will promote to this research is the diversity integration of cultural, ethnic and religious groups, considering awareness and sensibility of the culture are refusing the prejudices, racism and intercultural recognition, locating human rights what are including the social and cultural rights into the towns.
