| Тойм: | This research project proposal of procedure for the implementation of the ISO 9001-2015 standard has as an objective to know the current situation of the dairy industry Asocolesig and propose the steps to obtain a quality certification, in order to guarantee the quality of its products. This proposal is carried out through a non-experimental design, using the guidelines of exploratory methods and direct observation, to evaluate the current production process of cheese within the facilities of the Asocolesig Industry. With the obtained results, it was identified some weaknesses which is handled within each productive process. On the other hand, with the surveys applied to the clients, the level of acceptance of the product in the market was known, as well as its suggestions, to improve the quality of the product, and the lack of documented systems of quality, minimal technology and unskilled labor. Therefore, a proposal is suggested to improve the quality of the production processes, as well as the quality of the finished product, opting for a quality certification process. It is concluded that the Dairy Industry Asocolesig works under minimum quality standards, the staff and the plant can improve their production process with a minimal investment and joint commitment to being leaders in the food market and be the pioneers in the province working with an ISO 9001-2015 certification. |
