| Sumari: | The present project is oriented to solve the problem in the Board of Irrigation and/or Drainage by Aspersion of the South-Central Zumbalica Neighborhood. In which an inadequate administration was identified in the manual processes of collection, meter reading and access to historical records due to the loss or alteration of information. For this reason, the directors consider it viable to implement a web and mobile application to automate the processes of collection, meter reading, user administration, partner administration, material inventory and document repository. This allows having real time information for decision making. For the development of the proposal, methodologies, tools, techniques and standards oriented to software development were used, while the IEEE 830 standard was used for the requirements gathering, which has allowed a development that guarantees the productivity and quality of the software. The user's manual has been developed which can help the members of the board to give a correct use of the systems avoiding setbacks. With the developed applications, the time of consultation and analysis of the data will be reduced, avoiding risks of loss or filtration of data. |
