Tóm tắt: | This research project is focused on analyzing, evaluating and controlling the logistics performance of a courier services company and detecting internal and external errors that affect its efficient development, such as: delays in deliveries, disorganization in the warehouse, process of inefficient return, inadequate route planning and the use of unnecessary resources, for this the Rapid Service Ltda. Regional Latacunga parcel service company is taken as a particular case since it has inadequate transportation distribution and logistics factors that must be carefully evaluated for Its subsequent improvement. The Rapid Service Company Ltda. Regional Latacunga presents shortcomings in the logistics of distribution of parcels that causes a higher operating expense and increases the delivery times established in the company's policies, which requires implementing a redistribution of the company's logistics processes that allow them to optimize resources and times, for which the most relevant errors are identified during the process of reception, storage, distribution, delivery and return of parcels, with which a more appropriate solution to the reality of the company can be proposed same that will heal these shortcomings. The method proposed to rectify the shortcomings found before, during and after the distribution of parcels is to use a logistic model following the structure and requirements of the SCOR model that contains all the processes re-organized, improved and with a more solid structure of planning, provisioning, distribution and return, the same ones that were specified in a process manual that will allow to develop each activity with efficiency, quality and greater organization, achieving the saving of transport costs, logistics and minimizing the time to the maximum, providing a service Timely and quality. The information used in this research project was provided by the company, obtaining data in real time. |
