| Sumari: | The objective of the research project was to establish the relationship between the creation of organic and advertising content with the use of artificial intelligence tools within the digital channels used by the company D'PROSE S.A.S. in its line of training services, due to the questions that arose in the company in relation to the profitability of maintaining, reducing and incorporating personnel in the content marketing team, therefore, the cost-benefit of implementing artificial intelligence tools for content creation had to be carefully evaluated. In order to develop the project, a quantitative research approach was implemented with a correlational level based on a non-experimental design with an inductive method. The results obtained show the existence of a considerable positive correlation between organic content and the application of artificial intelligence, and a very strong positive correlation between content and artificial intelligence. The impact generated as a result of the development of the project was economic, environmental and social, representative in time and total costs of development of organic content and pautaje, since, it was possible to optimize the time invested in the realization of the content in 27h50min and in costs the reduction was $124.98 monthly, it could be concluded that, through the implementation of artificial intelligence tools for the creation of organic content and pautaje within the digital channels that the company uses are effective as long as it is properly combined with creativity and human knowledge. |
