Tilføj Tag | Summary: | This project was carried out in the ModuAmbientes company that aims to identify the waste to subsequently reduce or eliminate them in the production area, using tools and techniques of Lean Manufacturing, to obtain accurate data, using the VSM technique, where it was valued at depth the different productive processes, carrying out a specific follow-up of a Main Door in Wood, which was selected based on the product-process diagram, this product was taken into account due to the fact that it undergoes all the processes that the company handles and that serve of reference for any product made in wood this means that any product made of wood will benefit from this proposal, the work is based on the Lean Manufacturing that with discipline guarantees the continuous improvement in the company. The methodology that is applied is the field, descriptive, observation, bibliographic, inductive and analysis. The results justified the implementation, control and monitoring of the 5S's, as a basis for improving productivity. |
