It was elaborated a maintenance and operating manual from the exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research applied in the information summary. It was gotten as result a manual which describes the labelling machine characteristics with its parts, the beginning of the operationalization, the routine, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance that has to be performed in order to extend the useful life of it; the security measures and the demonstratives practices, through which we got sweet peaches, yogurt, chocolate milk, showed the types of labels that were placed on the containers of the products that were made. |
