For which the quantitative approach was used; the basic modality of field research and documentary research; descriptive and explanatory study. Using the deductive method, documentary analysis and survey technique with its respective interpretation, with the results indicated in the profitability. It was determined that the companies have planted their financial profitability in a drastic manner so that the company INDULAC within its financial profitability for not fulfilling its tax obligations to quality its financial return 28.58% while if it had been serious its profitability 36, 12%, in the case of the Ranchito company within its financial profitability for not fulfilling its tax obligations to quality its financial return -1,94%, while if it had been fulfilled it would be profitable -2,12% |

Para lo cual se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo; la modalidad básica de investigación de campo e investigación documental; estudio de tipo descriptivo y explicativo. Utilizando el método deductivo, el análisis documental y la técnica de la encuesta con su respectiva interpretación, con los resultados señalados en la rentabilidad.
